1. It should have good anti-oxidation stability and will not accelerate oxidation and form oxides when in contact with air during work.
2. Use an oil brush for process refueling and lubrication. Use an oil pot on the loose side of the chain to refuel until there is an oil film reflection at the critical point. No oil dripping shall prevail.
3. Manually lubricate the loose side of the chain with an oil brush and oiler until there is an oil film reflection on the friction ring and no oil droplets.
4. For drip lubrication, drip 5-20 drops of lubricating oil into the gap between the inner and outer chain plates on the loose side of the chain every minute until the above requirements are met.
5. The chain must be smooth no matter where it is, but there is still a difference between low speed and high speed. The most important choice for low speed is No. 30 mechanical oil. Chain smoothing equipment can be screened according to the diameter and speed of the sprocket.
Chain smooth oil screening is used for low-power transmission, the seal is not wide, and the speed is less than 200m/min.
