1. Adjust the height of the workbench: loosen the tripod locking screw on the inside of the tripod, pull out the tripod adjustment bracket according to the required height, and then tighten the tripod locking screw.
2. Turn the lifting rocker handle counterclockwise to raise the upper movement base so that the upper movement base is higher than the box to be sealed.
3. Put the box into the conveyor belt, and the length is about one-third of the length of the box. According to the size of the box, loosen the guide rod locking handwheel, and adjust the left and right guide rods to both sides of the box. , then move the box back and forth so that it can pass smoothly, and then tighten the handwheel.
4. In order to make the box cover tightly closed, adjust the position of the guide wheel. Loosen the handwheel, push the guide wheel frame to make the guide wheels close to both sides of the box, and then lock the handwheel.
5. Turn the upgrade rocking handle clockwise and lower the upper movement base until the upper conveyor belt touches the box. Then take out the box, and then shake the handle to lower the conveyor belt by another 2~3mm. After the adjustment is completed, the operation can continue.
