1. Equipment startup workflow
First check whether there are cartons stored in the silo and whether the carton sizes match. Turn on the power switch. Turn on the start or pause switch to start, select the manual switch first, and open a box in manual order to ensure that each station is automatically adjusted in place.
2. Mechanical automatic operation
① Turn on the machine, connect the power, and the power indicator light will be on. Turn the selector switch to "Auto" and press "Start" to start the automatic operation of the machine.
② Stop the machine. Press the "Stop" or "Pause" button to stop and turn off the power switch.
③ The "Emergency Stop" button is used in emergencies or malfunctions.
④ Note: "Detection of presence or absence of paper box photoelectricity" "or lack of material photoelectricity" must detect the paper box to work properly. When the paper box in the material bin is about to be used up, or has been used up, and the photoelectric sensor cannot detect the lack of material, it will stop working, and it needs to be replenished to operate normally.
3. Mechanical operating rules
When the full material photoelectric detects that an open carton has not been removed, the machine will automatically stop working. When the carton is removed, the machine will automatically run.
