How To Maintain The Carton Machine
Oct 24, 2024| The maintenance of the carton machine is an important part to ensure its normal operation, extend its service life and improve production efficiency. Here are some suggestions on the maintenance of the carton machine:
1. Cleaning and maintenance
Daily cleaning:
After work every day, the work surface, inlet and outlet, transmission parts, etc. of the carton machine should be cleaned to remove dust, paper scraps and other debris.
Use soft cloth and detergent to wipe the machine casing and panel to keep the machine clean and tidy.
Internal cleaning:
Regularly clean the rollers, gears, transmission belts and other parts inside the carton machine to remove accumulated impurities and oil stains.
When cleaning, the power supply of the machine should be turned off to ensure safety.
2. Lubrication and maintenance
Lubrication parts:
Lubricate the sliding parts, bearings, chains and other easily worn parts of the carton machine.
Use appropriate lubricating oil or grease, such as butter, lubricating oil, etc.
Lubrication frequency:
Develop a reasonable lubrication plan based on the machine's usage time and working environment.
Under normal circumstances, lubrication maintenance is performed once a week or month.
3. Inspection and maintenance
Daily inspection:
Before work every day, check whether the power supply, air pressure, hydraulic pressure and other systems of the carton machine are normal.
Observe whether the machine makes abnormal noise, vibration or odor, and eliminate potential faults in time.
Regular inspection:
Regularly check and adjust various parameters of the carton machine, such as the tightness of the transmission parts, the tension of the chain, etc.
Check the wear of the machine and replace the seriously worn parts in time.
4. Temperature maintenance
Control temperature:
The working environment temperature of the carton machine should be controlled within an appropriate range to avoid damage to the machine caused by excessively high or low temperatures.
Use a thermometer to monitor the working environment temperature and adjust it in time.
Humidity control:
Keep the humidity of the working environment appropriate to avoid problems such as rusting of machine parts due to excessive humidity or static electricity due to low humidity.
