1. The machine should be kept clean, and the rotating parts should be wiped and lubricated frequently.
2. The cam mechanism and transmission chain components should be lubricated every 15 to 40 working hours. It is recommended to use mechanical oil with grade 50 (kinematic viscosity 47~53mm2/S50℃). Grease should be added to the gear meshing area every three months. It is recommended to use calcium-based grease.
3. The synchronous toothed belt and transmission belt should avoid contact with oil to avoid reducing their service life.
4. To ensure that the cartoning machine can work normally and reliably, it should be shut down every three months to check the tension of the transmission chain and the tightening of the transmission parts, and readjust and tighten if necessary.
5. The melter filter and the gun seat filter need to be cleaned regularly. The 8-hour system is cleaned once every 3-4 months. Please turn off the melter pressure before cleaning.
6. After a fault occurs, it should be carefully analyzed and repaired and eliminated by the relevant machine repair personnel. Indiscriminate adjustment and disassembly is prohibited to avoid damaging the parts.
