Precautions for installation and operation of automatic slotting machine

1. Before starting the machine tool, you must carefully check whether the cutting tools, nuts and screws are firm. If any looseness is found, they must be tightened in time.
2. When installing the tool, pay attention to the cutting direction and do not reverse it.
3. The main tool turns clockwise.
4. Before feeding and grooving, first confirm whether the pneumatic device is turned on and press the workpiece on the movable push table and close to the positioning plate. Do not allow your hands to get close to the knife edge.
5. When a machine tool fails, the power supply should be cut off immediately, the operation should be stopped, and a dedicated person should be sent to make repairs and adjustments. The machine tool is not allowed to operate while sick.
6. Before processing materials, you should check in advance whether there are nails, sand and gravel joints, etc. on the tool to prevent damage to the joints of the tool from flying out and injuring people.
7. When cleaning the machine tool, applying lubricating oil, removing and replacing saw blades, cleaning cutting edge debris, etc., the power supply of the machine tool must be cut off.
8. Machine tools must be operated, adjusted and maintained by professionals. Personnel unfamiliar with machine tools are strictly prohibited from using them.
9. Workers should wear earplugs, goggles and other labor protection supplies when operating.
10. Perform machine maintenance.
