Introduction to some functions of automatic slotting machine

1. Pressing part: The function of the pressing part is to press out several lines from the cardboard to facilitate shaping.
2. Corner cutting part: It is mainly divided into knife base, blade and anvil. Its function is to cut off the excess paper at both ends of the tongue joint.
3. Trimming part: Mainly divided into two upper and lower semi-circular steel trimming knives, whose function is to cut off excess paper edges. However, it is basically no longer used.
4. Biaxial tool holder: mainly to allow the width in the middle of the slot to be very narrow.
5. Pre-pressing wheel: Also called crushing wheel, it is a pair of metal crimping wheels installed directly in front of the grooving knife. Its main function is to pre-pressure the carton pressure line to facilitate the forming of the carton and prevent the pressure line from bursting. Generally, if it is powered, it can better achieve a certain pre-pressure and linear speed.
