The frame of this machine adopts a modular integrated design to make the fuselage more stable and efficient. The electrification uses PLC, stepping motor and Wiron touch screen to achieve automatic operation, long life, and accurate magnetic patches.
1. The simple fully automatic multifunctional magnet patch machine uses a queued working mode, with multiple dislocation paste functions, to achieve seamless docking of magnetic or patch spacing dimensions, and arbitrary adjustment.
2. Use automatic work flow, automatically push cardboard, automatic magnetic absorption iron adhesive, automatic magnetic patch, automatic receipt of cardboard and other actions.
3. Through the propulsion device lined up automatic feed, to achieve no stopping on the material, strong endurance, work without stopping, high efficiency.
