Fully automatic cover machine consists of three major systems
Nov 13, 2023| 1. Tissue paper conveying and gluing system
The printed tissue paper is fed into the gluing system by the feeder head. After gluing and coating, it is sent to the conveyor belt to wait for the cardboard to be positioned.
The system is equipped with a double-sheet detection device behind the feeder to prevent the phenomenon of two or more sheets being transported at one time due to temperature, humidity and other reasons. The glue extraction device is controlled by a glue extraction pump imported from Japan and a frequency converter, which not only adjusts the glue amount Convenient and stable performance.
2. Cardboard conveying and positioning system
After detecting the tissue paper on the conveyor belt, the cardboard conveying and positioning system starts. The PLC automatically calculates the deviation of the tissue paper, then adjusts the position of the cardboard and positions it on the tissue paper, and then sends it to the folding system by the conveyor belt.
The cardboard conveying and positioning system uses German light-sensing components, Japanese Omron PLC and servo control systems, and imported hydraulic transmission devices to automatically complete the feeding and positioning of cardboard. It is not only fast but also highly precise, and is the core of the entire machine.
3. Folding system
After the cardboard is positioned on the tissue paper and fed into the folding system, the double-sided wrapping device first completes the left and right hemming, and then the corner pressing device starts to complete the four-corner pressing process. Finally, the front and rear hemming flaps complete the front and rear hemming respectively. At this point, a complete set of hardcover cover production process is completed.
In the folding system, the corner pressing process uses imported light-sensing elements to control the cam device to achieve the synchronization and stability of the four corners, and uses mechanical flaps to fold the edges, making the finished product beautiful. The surface of all pressure rollers is spray-coated with Teflon material. Since this material is not easy to adhere to water, it not only makes the surface of the finished product clean and tidy, but also greatly reduces the cleaning time of the pressure roller and improves work efficiency.
