2. The overall vibration is large
The possible reasons for this situation are: the output bearing is broken and malfunctions, and a new output bearing needs to be replaced; the distance ring of the splint is worn and needs to be replaced; the diamond is deformed during use, so replace the diamond.
3. The motor rotates slowly
Possible reasons for this situation are: the stator and rotor are broken or the chamber is swept, and new bearings or stator and rotor need to be replaced; the voltage is too low, it may be that the electric load is too high during the instantaneous use, resulting in low voltage, check the circuit; the brushes are not enough. The spring is too long or has no elasticity and needs to be replaced in time.
4. The motor does not rotate (silent)
Possible reasons for this situation include: the power supply is not plugged in properly; the power switch is damaged, replace the switch head; the circuit of the slotting machine is short-circuited and requires professional maintenance; the brush is damaged, replace the brush.
5. The motor does not rotate (with sound)
The possible reasons for this situation are: there is a short circuit somewhere, check the circuit system; the bearing is broken, the bearing needs to be replaced; the gear is broken, the gear needs to be replaced; there is poor contact somewhere, check the circuit, specific structure, and replace the device with poor contact. ; There is some kind of failure in the stator and rotor, replace the stator and rotor.
