Roller care and maintenance: The rolls need to be coated with anti-rust agent every ten days or so. When the equipment is not scheduled to be used for a long time, the rolls should also be brushed with anti-rust agent. Maintenance and maintenance of the cutter mold: In the area of the cutter mold that causes friction, grease should be added every half an hour during the production process to prevent accelerated damage to the cutter. In addition, when it is found that the burrs of the wound are too large and do not meet the requirements, it is because the wound is not sharp enough and should be handled properly. Otherwise, if it is too serious, the cutter head or mold may be damaged.
